William H. Camp, Chairman and CEO
William (Bill) H. Camp retired at the end of 2007 as Executive Vice President – Asian Strategy from Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), with 30 years experience in the agricultural industry. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Camp was Executive Vice President – Global Processing from 2005, responsible for global manufacturing, grain handling, and transportation operations, and as Executive Vice President – Global Manufacturing from 2003. He was elected Senior Vice President in 2001, with responsibilities for ADM’s global oil seeds, cocoa, and wheat milling operations. He was elected an ADM corporate vice president in 1993 and was named President – ADM Transportation, overseeing ADM barge operations, the American River Transportation Company (ARTCO) and ADM trucking. Before being named EVP – Global Manufacturing, he served as President – ADM South American Division and President – North American Oilseed Processing division. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
Gerald B. Andrews Sr., Chairman
From 1954 until 1992 Gerald B. Andrews served in many management and engineering capacities with West Point Stevens, Inc., West Point, Georgia and New York, NY, a few include ---President Retail Division; Senior Vice President Merchandising; Vice President Manufacturing; Director of Corporate Industrial Engineering; Financial Controller Nonwoven Operations; General Manager Consumer Products Division; and General Manager Northern Operations. He retired from West Point Stevens, Inc. in 1992 as Corporate Executive Vice President in New York City. In 1992 he became President and CEO of Johnston Industries, Inc. , and after again retiring in 1997, he became Executive-in-Residence at Auburn University teaching a course he wrote entitled CREATIVE ANALYSIS—teaching people to be creative. Mr. Andrews has received over 50 awards and recognitions for his creativity, leadership, management, and service. A few include being inducted into The Engineering Hall of Fame; in 1995 he was chosen the Textile Industry Leader of the Year in America; in 1994 while CEO his Company was chosen Textile Company of the Year in America; and in 1996 The Most Innovative Textile company in America. For many years he has served on a number of corporate, national and international boards in business, education, healthcare and community areas. Mr. Andrews attended Auburn University, College of Engineering, Harvard Business School, and is a Senior Fellow of The Textile Institute in Manchester, England.
R. Paul Hudson, Director
R. Paul Hudson was Chairman of Cargill Custom Dressing from 1980 to 2007, a joint venture between The Hudson Company and Cargill Incorporated. He has also been Chairman and Owner of Hudson Transportation, and Chairman and Owner of The Hudson Companies, Inc. International Food Manufacturer. In 1997 to the present he headed Subway Development Agency, Jacksonville, Florida, and has been in Residential Development since 2005. He has served as Chairman International Association of Dressing and Sauces (ADS); and International Food Manufacturers Association (IFMA), among others. Mr. Hudson is a graduate of Auburn University, College of Business.
Dennis L. Knight Sr., Director
Dennis L. Knight Sr. is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Accelegrow Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining Accelegrow Technologies, he formed Knight Johnson Technologies where he served as Chairman and CEO. From 1971 until 1981 he was associated with E.T. Barwick Industries and Salem Carpet Inc. in various management positions. He joined Riegel Textile Corporation in 1981 in the Engineering and Maintenance Division with primary responsibility of power generation and total plant maintenance. After acquisition by the R.B. Pamplin Corporation in 1985, his responsibility was diverted to Acquisition and Strategic Corporate Divestment. In 1990 he left the textile industry and co-founded JKM Equipment Sales a provider of heavy equipment to the construction industry. In 1998 he accepted a position as Vice President Manufacturing with Tepley International, in Chattanooga, TN, responsible for manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia. Mr. Knight holds several patents pertaining to glove design and hand measurement systems. He grew up in Lagrange, GA and attended Georgia Institute of Technology.
Patrick W. McGrath, Director
Patrick W. McGrath is a Newport Beach, California based businessman. From 1980 until 1986 he was the Executive Director of Waterford Glass PLC (the parent Company of Waterford Crystal). Mr. McGrath was responsible for strategic planning, new business development, and M&A at Waterford Glass. Mr. McGrath was also a director of Crest Investment Trust from 1983 until 1994. Crest was Ireland’s oldest private venture company, and during that time he was the designated director of the board of several of Crest’s equity investments and oversaw the profitable sale of these investments. From 1986 until 1990 he was Senior Vice President of American Crystal Company. From 1994 until present he has been a partner in Avenue Partners, a private Irish venture firm. He is currently non executive chairman of Antree Technologies Ltd. and several other Irish private companies. He holds a BA degree in economics and BBS from Dublin University Trinity College and an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
Janet E. Sikes, Director
Janet E. Sikes is Secretary and Treasurer of Accelegrow Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining Accelegrow Technologies, Inc. she served as Director, Secretary and Treasurer of 2Find Me, Inc. She is a registered CPA, and is a member of the Alabama Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has been an active, practicing accountant for over 30 years, with a specialty in taxation and focus on early stage business development and small company compliance reporting. Ms. Sikes served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, and Director of Reels & Deals Games, Inc. from January 2003 until the Company was acquired in 2004. She also served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, and Director of Gluv Corporation in 2004 and 2005. She graduated from Southern Union State College, and later graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lagrange College with a BBA in Business Administration.
Nan Smith, Director
Nan Smith is a founding member of Smith Capital an Atlanta, Georgia based investment firm. Ms. Smith has been active in the investment banking and entrepreneurial field for more than 25 years. She has founded and co-founded numerous healthcare technology and medical device companies. Ms. Smith is a graduate of Georgia Southern College with a degree in nursing.
