West Point, GA. Feb. 13, 2008 – Accelegrow Technologies, Inc., (www.accelegrow.com), announced today that Paul R. Hudson has joined the Board of Directors of the West Point, Ga.-based agri-science Company.

From 2000 until his retirement in 2007, Mr. Hudson was Chairman of Cargill Custom Dressing, a joint venture of The Hudson Companies, Inc., and Cargill Incorporated. He also served as Chairman and owner of Hudson Transportation and of The Hudson Companies, Inc., International Food Manufacturer. He has headed Subway Development Agency, Jacksonville, Fla., since 1997 and has been active in residential development since 2005.

Mr. Hudson, a graduate of Auburn (Ala.) University, has been active in the International Association of Dressing and Sauces (ADS), where he served as Chairman, and in the International Food Manufacturers Association (IFMA) and Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He has served as a Director of Charles Henderson Child Health Care and Shepherd Staff Ministries and on the Board of SouthTrust Bank.
