West Point, GA. Feb. 13, 2008 – Accelegrow Technologies, Inc., announced today that Christopher N. Zodrow has been promoted to Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of the West Point, Ga.-based agri-science Company. He joined Accelegrow as Corporate Counsel in October 2007.
“Chris’ broad corporate insight and his strong legal background will be a major asset to Accelegrow,” said Chairman and CEO Gerald B. Earlier, he was associated for 27 years with WestPoint Home, a leading textile manufacturer and marketer based in West Point, Ga., where he was Vice President and Secretary, with responsibility for the legal and environmental departments until his retirement in 2006. Prior to joining WestPoint Home, he served as corporate counsel for Southwire Company, a Carrollton, Ga.-based manufacturer of electrical wiring. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Zodrow earned a BS degree in Industrial Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia. He has served on the Board of Directors for Frontier Bank and its parent corporation, Frontier National Corporation.
